The exact cause of Alzheimer’s disease is unknown, but Dr. Weintraub will review several major theories that attempt to uncover this mystery.

Sandra Weintraub, PhD is a clinical neuropsychologist on the medical staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation. She is director of the Clinical Core at Northwestern’s Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Center and a professor of Psychiatry and Neurology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.
