Cancer Genetics Risk Assessment Services at Northwestern Memorial (audio)
In this podcast, Lee Shulman, MD, and Taya Fallen, MS, CGC will discuss benefits of learning about your inherited risk factors for cancer. They will discuss ways to identify cancers earlier and how to reduce the risk of cancer. Dr. Shulman and Ms. Fallen also will address concerns about insurance discrimination when obtaining cancer genetic testing and who would benefit from cancer genetics risk assessment services.
Lee Shulman, MD is chief of the section of Clinical Genetics at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and co-director of the Cancer Genetics Program at the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University.
