Biography
Dr. Julie Levitt has been in private practice since 1998 as a member of
The Women's Group of Northwestern since completing her undergraduate, medical school degrees and residency training at Northwestern University, Northwestern University Medical School and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Levitt's clinical interests include nutrition, health and fitness,
treatment of abnormal Pap smears and colposcopy, laparoscopic
surgery, twin gestations, and various conditions complicating normal pregnancies.
Dr. Levitt is also involved with the Girls on the Run organization, a local fitness and running program for middle school-aged girls.
As a devoted wife and mother of two young daughters, Dr. Levitt is committed to providing compassionate care to women in all of the stages of their lives. She strives to maintain a balance between her family and professional lives, which has given her a deeper understanding of the challenges facing a working mother.
