Jenna is a nurse practitioner for the cardiology team at Northwestern’s Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute. Jenna is responsible for the daily management of the inpatient cardiac population. She works in collaboration with cardiologists and other team members to medically manage and educate patients throughout their hospitalization.
Jenna received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University in 2007. She worked in various hospitals throughout the United States in cardiovascular care and emergency medicine for five years before receiving her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University, during which she completed much of her clinical experience in cardiology. Eager to return to the area where she grew up, Jenna moved back to Chicago to begin her career at Northwestern.
She is certified as an adult nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). She is also a member of the International Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau.
