The Lurie Cancer Center is also a founding member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, which is an alliance of 21 of the country's leading cancer centers. This network is dedicated to enhancing cancer care by developing clinical practice guidelines which are updated each year to help patients understand treatment recommendations.
