Biographical Sketch:

Jada Brown is a registered nurse working as a Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) coordinator at the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute of Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Jada began her career at Northwestern as a nurse in the Cardiothoracic & Transplant Intensive Care Unit in 2006.

Jada completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Business at Tulane University in 2000. She went on to complete her Associates Degree in Nursing at the Charity School of Nursing in New Orleans, LA in 2005. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honors society and is currently a member of the American Nurses Association.
