Biographical Sketch:
Tony is a Heart Transplant Coordinator in the outpatient setting for the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute of Northwestern Memorial’s Center for Heart Failure. He provides and coordinates care for patients’ before and after heart transplant in the Heart Failure Clinic, working closely with cardiac surgeons, cardiologist, and other team members.
Tony spent his first four years at Northwestern Memorial Hospital helping to take care of heart transplant patients in the intensive care unit and as a member of the cardiac procurement team before taking the new position as a Heart Transplant Coordinator at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
