When you choose a physician on the medical staff at Northwestern Memorial, you will be selecting a professional from one of the nation's top academic medical centers where patients come first.

Our health consultants have access to the Northwestern Memorial physicians who choose to participate in the referral service and who carry faculty appointments at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Our consultants can provide you with the following information about a physician's:

• Office hours and locations

A consultant will match your preferences with your medical insurance plan and provide profiles of physicians who meet your criteria. We can assist you in scheduling a first appointment with the physician you select.

We will also send you a confirmation, including the names of the physicians referred, their office locations, directions and telephone numbers.
