Biography
Dr. Farley earned her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering Cum Laude from Northwestern University. She received her M.D. from Northwestern University Medical School, was a research fellow at Children’s Memorial Hospital, and completed her internal medicine residency at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. Dr. Farley also served as Chief Medical Resident at McGaw Medical Center.
Prior to joining the Center for Partnership Medicine™, she practiced internal medicine with private practices in Winnetka and Chicago, IL (affiliated with Northwestern Memorial Hospital). She also donates her skills as a Volunteer Continuity Care Provider at the free Community Health Clinic in Chicago, IL. Dr. Farley has completed a fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona earning a degree of advanced certification in December 2011. Additionally, she has completed advanced studies of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture at the Shanghai University of TCM. She is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Farley is a clinical instructor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, has received honors and awards including the Resident of the Year award over two consecutive years. She is the creator of a medical e-newsletter addressing health, wellness and prevention. Her special interests include wellness and prevention, integrative medicine and nutritional counseling. Dr. Farley speaks medical Spanish and conversational Mandarin. She prides herself on a holistic approach to patient care and integrates wellness into her own life with running, strength training, recreational travel, and golf.
