Biography
Dr. Micah Garb has been in private practice since 2004 as a member of Lake Shore Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed his undergraduate work at University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned his medical degree at Georgetown University Medical School and completed his residency at Prentice Women's Hospital of Northwestern.
Dr. Garb's clinical interests include laparoscopic and robotic surgery, treatment of abnormal Pap smears and colposcopy, minimally invasive alternatives to hysterectomy, as well as all aspects of obstetrics and various conditions complicating normal pregnancies.
As a devoted husband, son, and father of two young daughters, Dr. Garb is committed to providing compassionate care to women in all of the stages of their lives. He is an active member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Medical Association and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy.
