Biography

Dr. Anne Marie Kudelka is a Cardiologist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital as well a Health System Clinician in the department of Medicine, Section of Cardiology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. 
Her medical degree was earned at Rush Medical College, Chicago, in 1991.  Dr. Kudelka's Residency in Internal Medicine was completed in 1994 and a Fellowship, in Cardiovascular Medicine in 1997, both at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago.
Both the James Herrick Award for Outstanding Achievement in Clinical Cardiology and Outstanding Physician of the Quarter, Resurrection Hospital were awarded to Dr. Kudelka.
An active member of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Kudelka is also a member of the Illinois State Medical Society, the Chicago Medical Society, and Alpha Omega Alpha, the National Honor Society of Medicine.
