Biography
Dr. Kulik is Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hepatology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and Attending Physician for the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation.
She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois Chicago Medical School and completed residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology while there. She became board certified in Transplant Hepatology in 2006.
Dr. Kulik is a co-investigator for the A2ALL (Adult-to-Adult Living Donor Liver Transplantation) cohort study, and is the principal investigator for National Institutes of Health (NIH)- funded studies investigating hepatic chemoembolization and hepatocellular carcinoma progression in living donor and deceased donor liver recipients. Her clinical interests include chronic viral hepatitis, liver cancer, and liver transplantation.
She is an invited journal reviewer for American Journal of Transplantation, Journal of the American Medical Association, Liver Transplantation, Gastroenterology and Hepatology and is a member of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.
