Biography
Dr. Peaceman has been practicing High-Risk Obstetrics at Northwestern for 20 years, and has been the Chief of Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine since 2003. He has won numerous teaching awards and is currently recognized as the Friends of Prentice Distinguished Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Peaceman is the Principal Investigator at Northwestern for the NIH sponsored Maternal Fetal Medicine Units Clinical Trials Network, and is an author on 75 articles, including 9 in the New England Journal of Medicine. His clinical interests include multiple gestations, hypertension in pregnancy, prevention of preterm birth, and clotting disorders in pregnancy.
