Biography
Dr. Turner, a cardiologist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital with special interests in women and heart disease, general cardiology and preventive cardiology.
In addition to her medical practice and being a clinical instructor at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, Dr. Turner also has extensive experience in community outreach programs raising awareness about women's cardiovascular health.
Dr. Turner received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and went on to medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Michigan, and conducted her fellowship at the University of Illinois Hospital.
Dr. Turner is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. She also speaks some Spanish.
