An estimated 20.8 million people in the United States have diabetes, a serious, lifelong condition. Symptoms may include increased hunger and thirst, more frequent urination weight loss, blurred vision, fatigue and slow healing of wounds or sores. Gregory Clarke, MD, will review the clinical significance of diabetes and identify who should be screened for this disease.
