Limb Salvage Surgery in the Treatment of Bone and Muscle Tumors (audio)

In this podcast, Terrance Peabody, MD, will discuss the treatment of tumors that affect the musculoskeletal system as a primary tumor or a metastatic tumor. He will emphasize a multidisciplinary approach in treating bone cancer that involves medical oncology, radiation oncology and surgery.

Dr. Peabody also will explain the process involved with limb salvage surgery as opposed to amputation for malignant tumors of the bone and muscles.
