Nursing vacancy (Critical Care)

Nurses leave their positions for a variety of reasons including to gain experience in other clinical service areas within the hospital or at another facility. Nursing vacancy is the number of open and budgeted positions available to be filled by nurses. We look at nursing vacancy in four clinical areas: medical-surgical, critical care, mother-baby, and behavioral health.
