Emergency Department satisfaction, overall
We understand that offering excellent service to our patients is an important part of providing quality healthcare. In order to monitor our patients’ satisfaction with their healthcare experience, we partner with Press Ganey to collect feedback from patients. We use that information to learn where we’re succeeding and where we need to improve. The possible answers are: Very good, good, fair, poor and very poor.
Patient satisfaction is an indicator of quality healthcare. A higher score may indicate that a hospital provides a higher level of patient care.
