Inpatient satisfaction - likelihood to recommend

We understand that offering excellent service to our patients is an important part in providing quality healthcare. In order to monitor our patients’ satisfaction with their healthcare experience, we partner with Press Ganey to collect feedback from patients. We use that information to learn where we’re succeeding and where we need to improve. The possible answers are: Very good, good, fair, poor and very poor.

Patient satisfaction and a high percentage of patients who are likely to recommend a healthcare provider are indicators of quality healthcare. A higher score may indicate that a hospital provides a higher level of patient care.
