Valet Parking
Valet parking is available for patients arriving at Prentice Women's Hospital. The valet service is on Superior Street between Fairbanks and St. Clair Streets.

Visitor elevators are located on the east side of Prentice Women's Hospital.
Patient Room
Our patient rooms are designed with comfort in mind. All rooms are private with windows low enough to enable patients to see outside while lying in bed. Each room also has a window seat for visitors that doubles as a bed.
Patient Restroom
Each hospital room has a private restroom that includes a sink, toilet and accessible shower area. Linens are also provided.
On Call Menu
An food menu is provided in each patient room.
Interactive Televisions
Your TV offers the basic Chicago channels, movies, games, Internet access and patient education information.
Prentice Restaurant
Fresh Market at Fairbanks restaurant, located on the second floor of Prentice Pavilion, offers a variety of unique and healthy dining options.

There is plenty of seating in our Fresh Market at Fairbanks restaurant, located on the 2nd floor of Prentice Women's Hospital.
Argo Tea
Enjoy several beverage and café-style options, including signature drinks, teas, specialty coffee and baked goods at the Argo Tea located on the first floor of Prentice Women’s Hospital. They also offer gifts, such as tea cups, mugs and tea pots.
Flower Shop
On the first floor of Prentice Women’s Hospital, you can find Les Fleurs d’ Ashland Florist, a florist specializing in fresh flowers, green and blooming plants, fruit and gourmet baskets, stuffed animals, balloons, kids’ gifts, cards and more. It’s always like summer inside – come in and visit.
Prentice Gift Shop
The Zen and Now gift shop offers an array of gifts, unique household items, cards and featured products made by women in other countries. Don’t miss them – they are located at the far north end of Prentice Women’s Hospital, tucked away in a corner. There is also an outside entrance on Chicago Avenue, just west of Fairbanks.
ATMs
For your convenience, there is an ATM machine, located on the second floor of Prentice Women’s Hospital.
Matthew Chapel
An interfaith chapel is available on the third floor of Prentice Women’s Hospital for our patients and visitors. We also offer pastoral care offices.
Patient Representatives
On the second floor of Prentice Women's Hospital, patients and visitors can find the patient representatives’ office. Patient Representatives can assist you both with communication between you and your family and with members of your healthcare team. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
