The Northwestern Memorial Hospital Graduate Administrative Internship is a twelve-week summer program that provides select, aspiring healthcare leaders with an unparalleled experience in a premier academic medical center. The Administrative Internship presents a valuable opportunity for graduate students (e.g. M.B.A., M.P.H., M.H.A., etc) to gain an experiential education and for Northwestern Memorial Hospital to benefit from the service, skills and knowledge that graduate students can offer.
Northwestern Memorial Hospital is one of the country’s premier academic medical centers and a major referral center for the Midwest and beyond. With the opening of the Prentice Women’s Hospital in October of 2007, Northwestern Memorial provides a total of 897 beds in the Feinberg Pavilion, Prentice Women's Hospital and Stone Institute of Psychiatry. It is the primary teaching hospital for Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, and virtually every medical specialty is represented by the medical staff of 1,545 physicians who also carry appointments with the medical school.
