Are you between nine and 16 weeks pregnant?
A research study is being conducted to evaluate the effects of antioxidant therapy in preventing preeclampsia, a condition where high blood pressure occurs during pregnancy. Eligible participants agree to take 2 capsules of Vitamin C (1000mg) and Vitamin E (400IU) or 2 placebo pills consisting of mineral oil (depending on which group you are assigned to) every day until delivery, along with prenatal vitamins. Women's Health - Hot Flashes
Are you experiencing hot flashes? Northwestern University is conducting a research study to determine if black cohosh and red clover are effective in reducing hot flashes. We are looking for healthy menopausal women with a significant number of hot flashes. The study is sponsored by the National Institutes of Health and lasts one year.
