How to Apply
All interested candidates must register with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Resident Matching Program.
On-Site Interview
Submit your curriculum vitae and a letter of intent to the Residency Director via email at mfotis@nmh.org. Request three letters of recommendation and college of pharmacy transcripts. Have these materials sent to you. Once you have collected all of the letters and your transcript, send the completed materials to the address below. All of your materials must be received by January 15th.

Presentation
A 20-minute presentation is required during your on-site interview. Once your interview has been arranged, the Program Director will discuss your presentation over the telephone to help you choose a topic. It is recommended that you choose a controversial topic that will lead to an excellent discussion and will give you the chance to show your knowledge and research skills. Most candidates use one of their clerkship presentations.
