Biographical Sketch:
Megan is an advanced practice nurse in cardiothoracic surgery for the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Megan has over six years nursing experience working with cardiac surgical and heart transplant patients. The majority of her work experience came during her time at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center in San Francisco, California.
Megan is a certified acute care nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her areas of interest include heart failure and heart transplantation. She is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Heart Association.
