Biographical Sketch:
Diana has spent more than five years working with the vascular surgery team of the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute's Center for Vascular Disease as a nurse practitioner. She received her Master's in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is board certified as a family nurse practitioner. Her experience includes greater than 10 years working with critical care patients.
In the vascular surgery clinic, Diana works to coordinate and deliver care for complex vascular patients. Her experience includes care of patients with acute and chronic wounds, especially wounds of the legs and feet. Diane has published and presented on a variety of vascular topics and is a member of the Society for Vascular Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, the American College of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
