Health Express Patient Minivan Service

Northwestern Memorial provides minivan transportation for patients traveling to and from Northwestern Memorial for tests, treatments and doctor's office appointments.

Cost
The minivan service costs $2.00 per person for a one-way trip. Patients are asked to pay the driver in cash as they board the van. A two-week pass for $10.00 or a monthly pass for $20.00 may be purchased from the driver.

Hours of Operation
The minivan service is available Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
