Breast Cancer Wellness
Our Breast Cancer Wellness program focuses on women's unique needs while undergoing breast cancer treatment. Each of the four classes, on nutrition, physical fitness, weight management, and stress management, are designed to provide basic tools to manage areas of your life that can be controlled and enhance your overall quality of life.
