Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University, Northwestern Memorial is the site of one of the nation's preeminent breast cancer treatment facilities, the Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Center. The Center affords you access to state-of-the-art clinical, diagnostic, rehabilitation and counseling services, all in one location.
Our clinical breast cancer program takes a team approach to help patients. Key staff members - breast surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, radiation oncologists, geneticists, psychologists, nutritionists, social workers and nurses -- meet weekly to review each new case and establish individualized treatment plans. Along with providing leading-edge treatment options, we excel at compassionate patient care, offering genetic counseling, post-surgical support, high-risk analysis profiles, and programs for nutrition and exercise.
In addition, patients in need of breast reconstruction surgery have access to the best doctors who use the state-of-the-art surgery techniques.
