Our Pre-operative Assessment Services (PAS) provides specialized care by Northwestern Memorial internists who focus on the comprehensive medical needs of all Northwestern surgical patients. You and your insurance company may be billed for the services and tests completed by the PAS clinic. Contact your insurance carrier for billing information.

PAS Clinic Hours
Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fridays: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Appointments are recommended, but "walk-ins" are accepted
PAS Appointment Instructions
Before your appointment, you may eat, drink and take medications unless told otherwise by your doctor or if you are having a fasting blood sugar test. Remember to bring the testing order sheet from your surgeon to your appointment.
