Comprehensive Weight Management Program
Our program is a 52-week comprehensive, multi-disciplinary weight reduction and maintenance program designed to establish personal accountability and behavior change, which is critical to achieving and maintaining weight loss. The program is structured to:
- Develop a baseline to measure improvement
- Identify critical lifestyle changes and link them to personal goals
- Establish realistic and achievable goals
- Address the key areas that factor into long-term weight management success
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Coping skills
- Develop personal strategies to gradually integrate major change opportunities into daily life
- Work intensively at the beginning of the program to establish personal accountability, and gradually taper clinical interventions until individuals have the knowledge, skills and established habit patterns to confidently maintain their target weight
- Build healthy habits and achieve long-term weight loss success by working one-on-one with expert staff
Upon completion of the program, the healthy lifestyle changes that were necessary to achieve success will be an integral part of each participant's life, eliminating the need to engage in extraneous "dieting."
Structure
Our program is divided into three primary modules. The Weight Loss Intensive is a required module. Each module can be repeated depending upon individual needs and physician/healthcare team recommendations. Additional modules for personal training, nutrition or coaching may be recommended based on each individual's specific needs.
- The Weight Loss Intensive - This module is the foundation of the program. It is an intensive 12-week program that establishes baseline metrics against which all progress will be measured, including resting metabolic rate, weight, body mass index, body fat, blood pressure and other medical markers. During the 12-week program, you will meet weekly with an expert from your personal team to establish personal accountability for lifestyle change.
- The Transition Module - This 12-week program is designed for after you have completed the Weight Loss Intensive, but have not yet reached your target weight and require assistance or support in implementing and managing major change opportunities.
- The Maintenance Module - This is a 6-month weight management program meant for after you once you have completed the Weight Loss Intensive and have reached your target weight.
