Smoking Cessation

Cigarette smoking is the most difficult of all addictions to overcome. At least 70 percent of smokers want to quit but do not know how or are afraid to try. The Wellness Institute's smoking cessation program is based on the most current and proven cessation methods. Led by a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience helping people quit smoking, our program is designed to fit your personal needs.
